Main application: Corundum melting furnace, used for melting various corundum, spinel, mullite and other abrasives and refractory materials.
Equipment features: The furnace cover can be unscrewed, and an observation device and water-cooled feeding port are installed on the furnace top. Large cross-section water-cooled cables, hydraulic transmission; Automatic adjustment of electrode lifting. The material of the electrode chuck is chrome copper, and it is clamped with a stainless steel clamping band. The high-voltage electrical control adopts vacuum switch cabinets, which are equipped with complete detection and measurement functions for voltage, current, power and electricity consumption. The electric furnace transformer adopts a low-loss energy-saving transformer. The control of low-voltage electrical appliances adopts a PLC programmable controller. The cooling water system is equipped with pressure and water temperature monitoring, as well as audible and visual alarms.
